Canoil is pleased to able to offer a line of Extreme performance Phosphate Ester Fire Resistant Fluids (FRF) for Electro-Hydraulic Control (EHC) systems for either gas or steam turbines. Reolube Turbofluid 46B, Reolube Turbofluid 46XC, and Reolube Turbofluid 32B-GT phosphate esters for Hydraulic Control systems of stationary industrial gas turbines. They are specially formulated to meet the demanding requirements from all the major OEM manufacturers.
REOLUBE TURBOFLUID 46B
POWER GENERATION
High performance, fire-resistant phosphate ester hydraulic fluid designed for use in electrohydraulic control systems of steam turbines. It may also be used for the lubrication of both steam and industrial gas turbines. Reolube Turbofluid 46B is based on a synthetic triaryl phosphate ester produced from butylated phenols and has been formulated to meet the demanding requirements of the major steam turbine manufacturers.
REOLUBE TURBOFLUID 46XC
POWER GENERATION
Triaryl phosphate based on a selected xylenol distillate and is formulated to provide good oxidation stability. Physical properties, such as foaming, air release and demulsibility are also carefully controlled within turbine manufacturers’ specified limits. Reolube® Turbofluid 46XC is a high performance, fire-resistant phosphate ester hydraulic fluid designed for use in electro-hydraulic governor control systems of steam turbines. It may also be used for the lubrication of both steam and industrial gas turbines.
REOLUBE TURBOFLUID 32B GT
POWER GENERATION
Is an ISO VG 32 phosphate ester fluid designed primarily for the lubrication systems of stationary industrial gas turbines.
Reolube Turbofluid 32B GT is based on a synthetic phosphate ester and has been formulated to meet the requirements of the gas turbine manufacturers. Reolube Turbofluid 32B GT can also be used for steam turbine and combined cycle applications where an ISO VG 32 fire-resistant hydraulic fluid or lubricant is required.
