MOV Extra™ has a state of the art calcium sulfonate thickener and highly refined Group I base oil to give outstanding performance. Formulated to solve past problems with the lubrication of valve operators, and to provide a much longer service life. MOV Extra is used for MOV gearboxes, limit switch gearboxes and stems. Proven with years of performance and used globally particularly in fossil power stations. MOV Extra has a lower viscosity base oil for improved mobility. This provides resistance to tunneling in high speed gearboxes, better fluidity and better mobility at lower temperatures. The calcium sulfonate thicker offers outstanding corrosion and wear protection as well as resistance to age hardening and softening on working.
